We are currently looking to recruit BIM Lead to work with one of our well established clients based in Darlington.
The role will be to devise and oversee the organisational implementation to enable the company to deliver compliant BIM level 2 projects to a consistent level. This will comprise development, preparation and implementation of standards, templates and processes, liaising with the various departments within the business, all with a goal to securing ISO19650 certification for the organisation.
The ideal candidate will;
- Have an HNC or equivalent, ideally in a design related subject. Have demonstrable experience as a BIM Lead / Manager in a related sector of the industry.
- Be computer literate and competent using the latest editions of Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks together with commonly used CDE’s (Aconex, Viewpoint / 4Projects, Asite, Procure and Kahua) whilst being capable of producing LOD / LOI 5 models.
