Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to join their team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest quality of food production and maintaining a smooth kitchen operation.
As a Head Chef: You’ll have experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or be ready to step up from a Second Chef/ Sous Chef position. You’ll also –
- Be a motivational team-leader who can make sure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high
- Be able to maintain clear communication with your team
- Be able to work collaboratively with the General Manager and wider team to ensure success of the business
- Have a positive attitude and ability to create a buzz in your kitchen to keep your team motivated
- Have the desire to grow, develop and retain a busy kitchen team
- Managing stock levels
- Creating rotes

40h-50h per week
The hours will vairy between 10:30-21:30 Monday-Sunday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
