Hire Controller

Job description

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Hire Controller to work in a busy depot, based in Liverpool. The position is a full time permanent role.

Duties will include, but not limited to;

  • Answering calls from customers, checking stock & taking orders
  • Calling customers to inform of any off hire charges
  • Managing customers delivery expectations
  • General administration duties
  • Checking returned products & report any faults/damages
  • General site maintenance and housekeeping duties

The right candidate will have;

  • Experience in a similar role
  • An excellent approach to customer service
  • A pro-active and organised approach
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages
  • Full Uk driving licence
  • Attention to detail

Hours Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
