Our client is currently looking to recruit a Hire Controller to work in a busy depot, based in Liverpool. The position is a full time permanent role.
Duties will include, but not limited to;
- Answering calls from customers, checking stock & taking orders
- Calling customers to inform of any off hire charges
- Managing customers delivery expectations
- General administration duties
- Checking returned products & report any faults/damages
- General site maintenance and housekeeping duties
The right candidate will have;
- Experience in a similar role
- An excellent approach to customer service
- A pro-active and organised approach
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages
- Full Uk driving licence
- Attention to detail
Hours Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
